Canal home with direct Weeki Wachee River access just a 5 minute paddle. Bring your boat or we provide a 12 ft Jon boat with trolling motor, free. You are responsible for attaching the motor to the boat and charging the battery. If you run into any issues with the motor and/or battery, please let us know immediately, so we may order one during your stay. Please note, the price of the home does not take this amenity into consideration. Must be born prior to Jan 1, 1988 or have passed a boating safety course to operate. Home has access to the gulf so you can enjoy the best of both worlds, fishing and relaxing in the river. We provide kayaks, and a canoe with a trolling motor. Relax in the hot tub!
